Felicia has over 20 years of experience in combat skills training, including law enforcement and is an Army combat Veteran.
She has been an innovator in the public safety field. She has developed supervisor courses in law enforcement, and recently led her agency in the creation and implementation of a new kind of productivity evaluation,

She has been an innovator in the public safety field. She has developed supervisor courses in law enforcement, and recently led her agency in the creation and implementation of a new kind of productivity evaluation, Values-Based Performance Assessment.
She was a federally certified Bomb Technician and assisted in pre-event planning and training for the 2012 Republican National Convention.
She has been a Police Academy instructor since 2002 and has been the threat response coordinator for her agency’s Joint Operations Center during all major special events within the city since 2012.
